WARRANTY - Lifetime, 10 Year Limited, 2 Year

This warranty applies to residential and non-commercial use only!

Lifetime: Our kiln dried, treated, weather resistant lumber has a lifetime warranty offered by the manufacture against termite damage and fungal decay.

10 year: Backyard Creations LLC warrants the playset to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from date of purchase.

2 year: Backyard Creations LLC warrants all accessories and plastic components for 2 years from date of purchase. 

Backyard Creations LLC will replace or repair, at our option, any parts of the warranted item found by us to be defective in material or workmanship free of charge and returned to the customer with freight collected. Playsets must be installed properly on a level surface. 

Exclusions: Seasonal checking and surface cracks that do not result in structural failure, are not considered defects in material or workmanship. This is the natural characteristic of all wood products and are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not include the removal or installation of the replacement parts.
